Rates and Policies

The Retreat Center

$55 per person per night (includes all applicable taxes)

$25 per person for daytime use only

Includes use of Gazebo if not occupied.

The Pavilion (day use only)

Sunday - Thursday: $300 per day

Friday - Saturday: $350 per day

Includes use of Gazebo and Play Yard

The Guest House only

$40 per person per night (includes all applicable taxes)

Minimums:

2 night minimum stay

$660 per night if less than 12 guests for the Retreat Center

$240 per night if less than 6 guests for the Guest House only

Hours:

Check In: 10am on day of arrival (9:30am for coordinator)

Check Out: 2pm on day of departure

Day use only: Hours are flexible depending on the use.

Deposit and Payment:

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your dates.  Full payment less deposit  is due on arrival. Cash, check, or money orders are preferred.

Cancellations:

A 30 day notice is required for cancellations.  Your deposit will be applied to a future date within 1 year, subject to availability. 

Smoking/Pets:

Smoking is permitted outdoors only.  Please discard cigarettes properly and safely.  No pets are allowed unless used to render aid or service.

By reserving your retreat stay, you agree to take full responsibility for you and your guests and all guests agree to abide by Cactus Rose Hideaway policies, rules, and conditions.
